Some weddings remind me exactly why I love what I do. Jennifer and James' day was one of them. 

It was hot, the sun was bright, and there was barely a cloud in the sky... but none of that mattered.

Watching James marry the woman he'd spent so long hoping and praying for was something really special. You could see it written all over his face—he couldn't believe he had finally found the love of his life. And Jennifer? She absolutely adores him. One of the sweetest surprises of the day was a song she had written just for him, telling the story of their relationship. There wasn't a dry eye around, including mine!

Their wedding wasn't about perfection. It was about two incredibly kind people surrounded by people they love who couldn't have been happier to celebrate with them. Days like this are exactly why I still love photographing weddings after all these years.
